      • “Covered Service” means work for an employer who is obligated by a collective bargaining agreement to make contributions to the plan in your behalf.  The work must be of the kind that the bargaining agreement says requires contributions be made in your behalf.
      • “Plan Year” means a calendar year, that is, January 1 to December 31.
